Front Desk
Dr. Christopher Holyoak, PT, DPT
Bremerton Physical Therapy is owned and operated by Christopher Holyoak. After graduating from Bremerton High School, Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University. He then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University. As a native of Bremerton, Chris was thrilled when given the opportunity to return to his hometown to practice. He assumed ownership of Bremerton Physical Therapy in 2008. Professionally, he enjoys interacting with a diverse patient load and specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular/balance therapy, and job-related injuries.
When not treating patients, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He has always maintained a love for music, athletics, and the outdoors.
Dr. Jacob Lee, PT, DPT
Jacob grew up over the bridge in King County. He graduated from Kentwood High School and then continued his education at Utah Valley University where he received his Bachelor or Exercise Science degree. His studies then took him to Husson University in Bangor, ME where he completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Jacob then moved his family to Wyoming and worked in an outpatient clinic and then at a local hospital as the Associate Director of Rehab. He was thrilled to return to the Pacific Northwest and loves helping people recover and be able to return to doing the things they enjoy.
You will find Jacob and his wife cheering on their six children at various sports and dance events or enjoying time outdoors together.
Perry Huff, PTA
Perry has been living in Kitsap County for the past 25 years and has loved every minute of it! He comes from a sports background, having played mostly football while growing up. Perry attended O’Dea High School, ferrying every day for 4 year to Seattle. After a brief stint in Montana, he returned to Bremerton to pursue a degree as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Olympic College. Perry has worked in both skilled nursing and outpatient orthopedic settings. This, along with his experiences at Bremerton Physical Therapy since 2019, allows Perry to bring a varied skill-set to his patients. He says he is capable of talking your ear off about all things sports or dogs while he excitedly works with you to improve your overall wellness!
Branda has been a welcoming presence at the front desk for four years, greeting patients with a smile and helping make each visit feel comfortable and cared for. She loves being part of a team that supports people on their healing journey. Outside the clinic, Branda is a proud wife and mom of three busy kids who play travels sports and keep her on the go. She is also currently working towards her degree in Organizational Leadership. when she does get a moment to herself, she enjoys shopping, doing nails, and spending time with friends and family.
Christina is a dedicated member of the Bremerton Physical Therapy team, bringing over four years of experience, consistency, and heart to the clinic. She’s known for her warm personality, strong work ethic, and the genuine care she shows each patient. Whether she’s helping someone feel at ease, answering questions, or keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Christina is someone both patients and co-workers can count on.
Family is the center of Christina’s world. She loves her children and takes immense joy in her three grandchildren who live in Maine — reason she shows up every day with purpose. Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, keeping her life full of connection, laughter, and balance. At home, she’s also a proud dog mom to three beloved pups who keep everything lively and full of love.

Cassandra Poncik, PTA
Cass grew up in Texas and eventually moved to the Pacific Northwest, where they’ve lived ever since. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette after competing in collegiate softball at Northwestern State university.
Motivated by a passion for human movement and recovery, Cass completed a double Master’s degree in Rehabilitative Science and Sports Psychology, then attended PIMA Medical Institute in Seattle to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. They were licensed in 2016 and joined the BPT team in 2023.
Cass enjoys getting to know patients - their stories, goals, and motivations. Helping people builds strength, confidence, and a better quality of life drives their work every day.
Outside of the clinic, Cass loves exploring the outdoors or spending time with their spouse and two young kids, enjoying family life in the Pacific Northwest.
Samuel Kawakami, PTA
Sam grew up in the small town of Prosser in Eastern Washington, where he developed a love for community, movement, and the outdoors. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Pacific Lutheran University, where he also competed as a collegiate swimmer. His time as an athlete helped shape his interest in injury prevention, recovery, and the science behind human movement and performance.
Motivated to make a direct impact in people’s lives, Sam continued his education at Olympic College, where he trained to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. After completing the program, he joined the BPT team in 2023. Sam enjoys connecting with patients from all backgrounds, listening to their stories, and helping them feel better, regain confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
When he’s not working with patients in the clinic, he can often be found exploring the outdoors on a good hike, expanding his ever-growing collection of patterned socks, or enjoying both watching and playing a wide range of sports.
