Providers

Dr. Christopher Holyoak, PT, DPT

Bremerton Physical Therapy is owned and operated by Christopher Holyoak.  After graduating from Bremerton High School, Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.  He then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University.  As a native of Bremerton, Chris was thrilled when given the opportunity to return to his hometown to practice.  He assumed ownership of Bremerton Physical Therapy in 2008.  Professionally, he enjoys interacting with a diverse patient load and specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular/balance therapy, and job-related injuries.

When not treating patients, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.  He has always maintained a love for music, athletics, and the outdoors.

Dr. Bayley Laketa, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC

Bayley is lucky enough to have grown up amongst the evergreen trees of Washington and graduated from Gig Harbor High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Washington State University, where she worked with the Division I Cougar athletics teams. She earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2018 (but she will always be a loyal Cougar fan). Bayley enjoys creating rehabilitative programs individualized to each patient. While she still enjoys working with young athletes, she is also skilled in treating people of all ages who have a variety of orthopedic conditions, are post-operative, and have concussions/vestibular disorders.

When she’s not working, Bayley enjoys spending time outside with her husband and throwing a ball for her german shepherd. She enjoys mountain biking, camping, knitting, and reading.

Perry Huff, PTA

Perry has been living in Kitsap County for the past 25 years and has loved every minute of it! He comes from a sports background, having played mostly football while growing up. Perry attended O’Dea High School, ferrying every day for 4 year to Seattle. After a brief stint in Montana, he returned to Bremerton to pursue a degree as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Olympic College. Perry has worked in both skilled nursing and outpatient orthopedic settings. This, along with his experiences at Bremerton Physical Therapy since 2019, allows Perry to bring a varied skill-set to his patients. He says he is capable of talking your ear off about all things sports or dogs while he excitedly works with you to improve your overall wellness!
